-
I'll have legal send you a waiver

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Susan,Sergio, and Vinnie
May God bless all of you and keep you safe

I hope you don't mind but I'm going to steal your 2 battery box in the trunk idea. ....................... :D

But you already installed them last week ? I get it ..it's easier to beg for forgiveness, than to ask for permission.

It that true???

I better have my people have a little pow-wow (no offense to the Native Americans intended...especially today)...with your people

His is very different....he mounted them longways.

Of course, if it was my build, I would hide the fuel pumps/ filter on a removable rack inside the left sealed/vented box instead of hanging them under the rear....but that's just me

truth be told........... I just placed them in the trunk......... never drilled a hole until legal said it was okay! :angel4:

I was talked out of putting them in the box in the trunk.......... Fuel inside the cabin is not a great idea and fuel pump's push fuel and work better below the bottom of the tank.........

LOL, I did quit smoking 3 1/2 years ago. I'm down to 187 and check this out. I pretended I was still smoking and deposited, each week, what I would have spent on cigs over the last 3 and a half years......I have 24K saved in a checking account, just from what I would have spent on smoking..... I'm pretty proud of that.......

24k????....that's Hemi money....minus Susans' cut....well , maybe you can have a blown up small block anyways

Isnt that cool........ that is what I was going to spend it on... A nice Hemi engine......
That is really cool! It's gotta feel good.

When I quit smoking almost 20 years ago I spent all of the extra money on beer
and pizza. Now just look at me!

Then what's in my checking account, I stopped 15 yrs ago....?? Check the account out for me ;o)

I'm going to post a few photos for HemiDenny and lifelong friend Dan.

When I had my '68 RR, Denny had a '69 GTX and Dan had a beautiful
'69 RR 383 Air Grabber 4-speed in B5 blue/B5 blue trim.

Today's story starts out when HemiMark was fortunate enough to locate
and purchase a perfect '70 Duster 6-cyl 3-speed in Nebraska.

Completely stock, no rust and when the sides of the trunk mat were
flipped up it looked as nice as the day it was built. They're not many
left this nice.

Mark had so many projects already on his plate that he agreed to let
it go, but only to somebody he knew.....So HemiDenny bought it.

Weeb gave it a bath, bolted on some ralleyes and garaged it. our
regular painter Mark ('Bout) has already applied black '71 340 style
side and tail stripes (not pictured) without the engine size callout.

Then Dan really got the bug.....and because it was him, Denny sold
the Duster to Dan.

Now it's slated to receive a built 383 4-spd with Schumacher mounts
and TTi 440 B/E body headers that Denny modifies to work with the
bell crank for the clutch pedal and an A833 4-spd trans.

The engine is one that Weeb pulled from a New Yorker parts car and is
dated 1/69. Only the block, crank, pan & timing cover are retained. It
has KB pistons on Eagle H-beam rods, Edelbrock heads and a Comp Cam.

The rear will get new +1" arch leaves on offset hangers. Dan has bought
a set of later model front spindles/brakes/control arms with a 4.5" bolt
circle to match the now 8.75" 3:55 rear end.

Since Denny has already assembled the engine at his shop I thought it
was about time to post some pictures.

What a lucky find. You just don't see unspoiled stuff like that anymore.

Should make a fantastic fun cruiser/driver with plenty of power.

Anyway, I am glad and relieved to see that it is in such good hands.

That Duster is AMAZING....vowed never to sell it....only loaned it to Dan (with a big deposit)...I get it back when he is done, if I'm still alive

original paint.....un frickin believable...and it is a stick/black interior car/23K

Ah yes....another coffee getter added to the parking lot
