Today at our Canada Day Mopar show Dave (Dreno) ran into some trouble...his rad decided to spring a huge leak. Vic ( IfItsGotWheels) and Ken (Ken 5124) went out of their ways to go and get a couple of rads to try and help Dave out. In the blistering hot sun they started to work on the car after the show ended. I had to leave, but they were determined to have the Cuda on its way shortly. I raise a beer and toast Vic and Ken, it is nice to know that in Winnipeg here we have FABO members that will go out of their way to help, way to go boys!

I was at the show, parked next to Dave. What a great bunch of Mopar guys! Yep they will go out of their way to offer a hand and time. Had to leave early.. wasn't feeling to well. The gut bug I had for the last two days liked the heat. See you all at the next show. How did the rad exchange turn out? Mike

Dave drove out under his own power! And no green trail to follow. Of course the first rad was designed for the early style water pump, but needed the later. Ken brought a six cylinder rad, and Vic had it in in no time.

After it's awesome buffing job, it was too nice to leave hime there :)

I have to jump in here and say thanks to Ken and Vic for all their help.Mopar people are like family. The humidex reading at the time was approx. 41C or 105F. It was hot all right. One rad was right and one was wrong but we got it together and I made it home.Rad going to the shop tomorrow morning.8)

Oh ya Joe.. It looks like a completely different car after Dr.Dreno got through with the detailing.

He is now FABO - Winnipeg Chapter's official detailing guru. While Ken was out enjoying the show, Dr.Dreno had his compound out and was polishing Ken's front and rear bumpers :). Of course, Dave taught us the correct way to wax on and wax off lol..

I was able to shave this morning off the reflection on my bumpers...Thanks!!

Dave's new Rad will also be very shiny.. right Dave??

Never throw out what you aren't using....
