Adjusting 11in rear drum brakes

How do I go about adjusting my rear drum brakes, to make sure the drum is not to loose or to tight and so on.

just adjust to a slight drag and they will wear in.

Adjust, step on the brakes to center them, then adjust again.

Here's what you REALLY do. Adjust them up until you can NOT turn the tire by hand, then back off until they just "scratch" a little, count the clicks and try to get the same feel on each side.
