Do any of ya’ll have one? Is it worth the effort and cost? Not in race cars. Just drivers for every day commutes.
Can somebody explain to me what those are? Yeah, I’m ignorant.Put a 42RH or 46RH in it and dont look back.

yes.. but WAY less money.. a buddy of mine just got one out of a junkyard for $200....Sort of like gear vendors, right?
Or is it an entire transmission?

Sadly mine is a massive *****.... It's made my life hell.. but i do the best i canWe all have our crosses to bear.

My build thread 67,68,69 cuda dilemma I have a lot of information you can use for the 42-46 RH swap. I ended up buying a whole clapped out 1994 dodge dakota for $300 to get the 42rH then I sold the parts I didnt need off the truck and scrapped the rest. I believe the last year on the 42-46rh is 1995. You dont want the newer RE series. The 42 is A904 based. The 46 is A727 based. If your lucky you can score a decent running clapped out magnum V8 truck that you can score the engine and trans. Use the V8 too.Sort of like gear vendors, right?
