Ok, here are a few published tips:
You run 2X alcohol for the same power of gasoline
Run Pro Bowls or other large capacity fuel bowl setup.
Use the LARGEST needle/seats as possible, maybe even dual feed bowls
Run a jet that has 2X the size of your gas jet, .ie a 74 jet would require a 95 jet (double the area of the orifice)
Double your fuel delivery, dual fuel lines or 2X the fuel line size.
You need to drain the alcohol from the fuel system daily, its hygroscopic, absorbs water and will cause corrosion in metal. Run gas through fuel system before shutting down for the night.
You will not see any power gains unless you raise your compression and use the higher octane of alcohol/methanol to its advantage.
Alcohol burns with an invisible flame, keep a fire extinguisher in reach at all fueling times.
Keep all fuel jugs sealed.
probably have to back the idle screws out 3 turns instead of 1.5 to get an idle.
Might have to get alcohol metering blocks or an entire alcohol carb. Predator makes an alcohol carb that's pretty simple and probably cheap compared to a Biggs or Demon
