I was talking to my Drag Racing Buddies at Orlando Speedworld last week and the consensus was why Mopar didnt just pair Erica and Allen up. They're good Buddies and woulda made a helluva team. I dont understand why the sponsors are so GA GA about Jeg Coughlin. He runs a season, gets bored, goes and sits on Daddy's money for a year, then decides to get back to Pro Stock.
Perhaps the Johnsons didnt want to become part of the Elite Family or vica versa.
This certainly makes for a great discussion. IF AJ makes it back, there are several key factors. Can they conquer the new Fuel Injection/No Scoop Rules and come up with the fastest Pro Stocker and will they have the time to do it. Testing is a coupla weeks away down here in Bradenton and Palm Beach.
