I've always been a Queen fan and love to listen to them while working on my muscle cars. Takes me back to a whole different place.

Have almost everything they ever recorded and a couple of their concerts on DVD too. Saw their 1980 tour in St. Paul at the old Civic Center, awesome!

Queen was an awesome band, great singer (one of the best in my opinion, definetely in my top 5) and awesome guitarist.

Awesome band. I've always heard all of um had degrees in music but not found any proof.

I was in high school '73-'75 when Queen was making their debut in America. Memorable times those were. I still know most all of the words to "Bohemian Rhapsody."

Here is a great version of Radio Gaga from Live Aid. Check out how Freddy has all of Wimbly Stadium rockin.

Let's say i'm a fan of great talent and music. That bunch falls at the top of several lists whether you like em or not. Yes they are music majors in their own right. One method of judging talent and the ability to perform is this. There are lots of songs that have been performed by those other than the original foks that put out the song but seldom if ever has anyone taken any of Freddies stuff and duplicated it to credit the original. Very difficult work to say the least and you cant take away from the talent.

They're awesome.

I guess a movie is being made with the guy from Borat as Freddie Mercury. Should be interesting.

What the hell is a belladonic haze anyway?

Freddie was possibly the greatest showman of our time. Queen came on tour a few years after Freddie died. Another favorite of mine, Paul Rodgers was singing for them. My wife asked me if I wanted to go. I said no. She said, I thought you loved Queen? I told her I do love Queen, but when Freddie Mercury died, Queen died with him. I have since watched a few videos on YouTube, and I can grudgingly say that Paul and Queen sound pretty good together.

I figured there was a lot of Queen fans here and I was right. Queen and Boston play all the time in my shop. MMG
