that is totally badass. I had at least 4 more pics of it , I will see if I still have them

It shows up at MATS (Mopars At The Strip) in Las Vegas every year. It looks OK but I wouldn't want to ride in it after looking at the suspension up close.

that looks so muscle .....I never can understand why guys lower muscle cars ....you cant be ready to pounce and bad *** when your laying on the ground. That's why gassers look so bad ***, they scream "im here to burn gas and kick ***" oops looks like we are almost out of gas...RAAAAA

this is what I would love to do to my 70 swinger.

I like the straight axle look, and a car up in the air some but not over level in the rear anymore

But to sit that high might as well put a 4x4 frame under it and some mudders

That car just sits to high clearing those massive rear meats

I have some I took in Vegas. I'll find & post them for you in a little bit...

Wait til you see the shifter :happy1:

Here's a few....I'll save the shifter pic for later haha :)

This one has made the rounds on Facebook several times. Personally, I dig the Street Freak look, but only because I remember the real deal cruising around town.

Here's the last few I have....

Shifter fits the theme of the car IMO...Kinda over the top, but I like different :)

Check out the RatFink door locks

What is the purpose of having it jacked up so high? That type of car is strictly for 1/4 mile drags, right? More traction to the rear wheels at launch? But then the aerodynamics are so bad, would you be gaining anything in the end? That thing would be pushing a lot of air at 100 mph.

that is a local Las Vegas car. it shows up from time to time at the sunday morning car show we have here locally. 383 under the hood. my nephew used to live across the street from it. it's a badass car for sure. I don't have any more pictures of it but I'll try to take some next time it shows up.

Thanks C! That thing is awesome. I like the blue one too.

Those of you equating these to 4x4s just don't get it. Too young. I remember when these were all the rage and drivin around everywhere. I pumped gas in a lot of them.

Just like I don't understand "slammin um in da weeds, yo" It makes them useless as tits on a boarhog.

Back in the day this was the way to build these race/hot rods
You could put a big block in and not have to worry about if you could
fit a big block and headers on it and it was the thing back then
Groovy rides RRR  I would beat the streets and track down in it :color:

Not a straight axle, but jacked-up none-the-less....ah, the late 70's......
