What part of Atlanta, county?

I'm at the intersection of Cobb, Paulding and Bartow, about 5 miles west of I-75. Easy to commute from if you need to go downtown.

I work in Smyrna and take GA 120 down to the east-west connector, and then in from there. Takes about 45 mins. to go 25 miles in normal traffic. Of course those are secondary roads with several stop lights.
 
Wow,$220,000 is a steal.In my neighborhood that would be worth $495,000. Good luck with the sale. 8)

Geez, even in my neighbourhood it woud go for a bunch more.

It is a great looking and inexpensive house..hope it sells for you fast..
