I wasn't aware that the factory ever made 15 x 6.5" rally wheels. Certainly not for A-bodies.

They did, but not for A-bodies. I have a set I found on a Ramcharger in a junkyard 30+ years ago. The only reason I knew that they were legit was because, briefly, Mopar Performance offered trim rings for them.

After market does make 15" small bolt rallye's. I have a set on mine right now

The OEM 15 x 6.5 rallyes were 4.5” big pattern only.
