It’s been awhile but I’m here again. I’m an older Mopar guy, still have the first love with my 70 Cuda 383. Those cars are way out of my price range now but lucky enough I’ve owned mine since the 80s. I have a nice survivor 65 Dart GT hi po that I’m pretty sure the ignition switch is burned up. I sold the car to a non car person probably 15 years ago, he hooked a battery tender, could have been a charger…. Backwards????!!!! When buying it back I figured he probably burnt something up…. No power getting thru the buckhead. I haven’t crawled under the dash yet……. Really looking forward to that. Does the instrument cluster have to be removed to get the switch out????? I hope not‍. Anyway, does anyone have any tips on this before I get to deep into it.

What do you mean, "no power to the bulkhead?" You mean from the key to the ignition run circuit? Or what? What do you have and have not power to?

Yes explain more what the issue is.
We can help you figure out where the problem most likely is.
In your photo it appears the ammeter is pointing slightly to the right.

Is that just the camara angle or the norm for this car?
Compare with key off, engine off, doors closed, lights off.

On a '65 the horn power branches off the battery feed at the starter relay.
If there is power to the horn then there is power at least up to the starter relay.

Headlghts, Dome light, parking lights, etc working with key off will indicate if power can make it to the main splice.
