That's pretty neat, a lot of time figuring out where things fit I bet. Where did you get your a2w I/c? Got any specs on it?

Rear mount defies all logic, but who am I to judge? Looks like you thought this over very well, cant wait for the results! ;-) I see some cars pumping the exhaust out the tailpipes at idle, and others its barely floating out...wonder what the difference is?

All the cold side is done now just finishing up the wiring of the pump for the inter cooler and running hoses to waste gate and BOV O yea for got my Geddy electric boost controller and spent a few hours how to tig aluminum last weekend and welded up my pipe :iconbigg:

Aluminum Tig is not as hard as everyone thinks. If you can pre heat the material it makes it easier. I use a propane torch to do this and acetone with a rag to wipe all it all down as I heat it. As you weld and the material gets uniformly hotter the welding gets easier.

Best to separate all your aluminum tig stuff from the steel. If using all same it will contaminate the welds and make it a lot harder on you.

I have a stainless wire brush just for the aluminum stuff and some stainless steel wool works great when making sure things are clean!

Got a few things done got the water pump and radiator for the intercooler on and the tranny cooler, pulled the engine radiator out going to build a fan shroud for it next is wiring boost controller and running the lines to the waste gate a blow off valve and still got to have a drive shaft made!
