Hi cidVicious.. thanks for your message..

Wow, You might want to go into the sheet metal business. :)

Welcome aboard and keep up the good work.

today is one of the most ordnary day of my live. Wish to say a big ****..

almos 2 months withou my engine sound .. almos 2 months in new city and my wife keeps reminding how bad is for her the new city.

!!sadf2r4#DFAFAf.. the new city is the best choice for me. I'm enjoing.. my car will be painted in one month.. I'm love with my job.. my reasechs..

I think I'm drunke.. really think it!

I'm uploading my wheels pictures.. they are really old.. but they are rare.. first wheel has a blue color.. A lot of people says that it is not factory option.. but my friends say that they knew it is factory colored. Does not worth nothing for me but the photo.. I really enjoy photos..

second wheel.. an old tire.. really rare (if it was in a good condiction). I will give it to a friend .. he will use it as a spare tire

do all the brazilian dodge darts have front disc brakes? I notice the one with the blue wheel does..:color:

Hi.. 69-71 brazilian a-bodies used to have drum brakes..
all brazilian dodge charges (a-bodie) came with disk brake
after 71 disk brakes where optional
I think 74 and up disk brakes came as factory regular item.

My 73 SE has optional disk brakes.

I bought a new toy.. a double flaring tool

I tested it using using an old brake tube.. I know that original tubes are welded.. thus, final result was exactly what I expect.. deformation and tube cracking...

I will buy a tube without weld or a copper tube.. don't know which of these two (copper or stain withou weld tube)...

there follow some photos

it looks like you have the tube sticking out of the vise way to far,,,,look at the instruction book,,i think you are using the wrong adapter to measure the height of the tube sticking out,,,

sticking out to far is making it to hard to compress it to the proper size causing the bad end and cracking

slso make sure you cut the end square and debur the inside of the tube before clamping it in that clamp

Hi fstfish66
all dies have the same patterns. I will try to flare a new tube and sticking out not so far. I think I will have to make some tests before a good double flare tubing end.

Hi fstish
I will make a small brake tube bender this weekend. tomorrou I will try to measure the rear axle dimensions to cut the brake tube.

my major problem will be in the middle portion.. the bigger tube. I don´t want to use copper than I buying a vw bus brake tube... I will cut and flare it to make my new brake lines. A friend used this method.. hope it works fine!

any advice or idea?

did you figure out how to make your brake lines yet??

This week I received 2 packets from USA. I bought a package of fender nuts. Now I'm ready to align my fenders to paint them.

I also bouhgt a door hinge bushing kit. Can't wait to put them on right place.

I'm working on every small pieces I can. Today I installed the gas pedal cable.

I used an old motorbike cable. This way, I can adjust the gas pedal cable the way I desire.

Cheap and works fine!
