Bucket seat slides

Probably the last question for the day??? I'm taking appart the bucket seat mounts, I want to blast and repaint. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the slide from the base????? Looks like they are made not to come apart.

There is a dimple in the steel that prevents the roller cage from comming out the end.
Flatten the dimple, catch the cage with a hook tool and pull it out.
