Buy a new carb, or get my old one rebuild!!???

Hello Fabo members

I have a 1975 scamp 67000 miles /6 225 with the single barrel carb, would you guys rebuild this carb, or just buy a new one, and were is a good place to buy one, Or do you guys know were in Maryland I could get it rebuild at, I do Thank you all for your time on this matter!!

If there is nothing broken and the throttle shaft is tight, I'd just clean it out and install a new kit.... assuming it's the correct carb.

kits are 15 bucks, they are very easy to rebuild
 
Many would say to rebuild yours if it was working prior. Many horror stories about rebuilt ones from auto parts stores. Better to take yours to a rebuilder if you can't do it yourself, that way it at least keeps its matched parts instead of the hodge-podge of parts from rebuilders.
