i got .564 x-treme engery form comp cams?i could still the stock rocker arms for it? i heard u can.

how come? the engine isn't a stroker engine.
...........factory rockers were never designed to handle that much lift..........the rocker will be scrubbing the out side of the valve stem rapidly increasing guide wear...........ur looking for breakage....exsp[ecially with those fast ramps.....kim.......

Has "nothing" to do with a stroker or not, lift is lift, The max you can put on the stock HD stamped rockers is the .509, those cams had a lazy profile & were a bit easier on the valvetrain, I myself will never run stock rockers on any mopar unless its in the .470/.480 lift range, for example the XE274H as a max for stock rockers, The newer cams require more sping pressures (open & closed), Get yourself a good set of adjustable rockers, If it'll be more of a street car i'd go with a stainless steel set over aluminums.

No, and it's lot the lift so much as the spring pressures the cam requires. You can visibly see the rockers flexing during the lift cycle even with single springs that are open pressures of 300lbs. With heavier ones, you can see the factory shaft flex too (this is just turning the engine with a wratchet or starter). There comes a point where the factory stuff simply can't survive.
