I was looking to have my exhaust manifolds coated. Is there any body on FABO that does this. Thanks,Bill

Search for local powdercoat shops in your area. I found a place local to me that ceracoated a set of used TTI headers for me. Over 7 years later, they still look amazing.

The POR15 brush on high temp manifold coating works very well.

THIS thread was mine. I ended up sending my headers to Jet-Hot. From what I found out there are tiers to coatings. What Jet-Hot does is the most effective and superior to any of the Cerakote and Powder shop guys. I've had Cerakote burn off but I don't know if the applicator did their job well.
I was curious about the type of ceramic that all the powdercoaters started spraying. They basically all offer "ceramic" coating now but is it as good? No, it's not as good and it's not a replacement but if it's better than rust you're after then great. Jet-Hot provides a longer lifespan, higher heat resistance, cooler under hood temps, better corrosion resistance, and can coat inside of tubes as it's not a spray but a slurry. They even have a 5 year warranty.
I have a set of headers that is for a different project and I got them "Ceramic" coated at a powder shop a couple years ago so I sure hope that method and that applicator works fine. Just saying, if you need the maximum performance out of a coating you're looking at Jet-Hot. My deal is a 1998 5.9L Jeep Grand Cherokee and they are notorious for being scorchers under the hood. Jeep even put special heat extractors on the hood due to the engine bay temps. I needed the absolute most effective coating at heat reduction so I paid for it. From my local quotes it was about 2x the price.
