Chiefs or Buccaneers

I don't disagree with you at all, but here's a question for you (and anyone else). If Mahomes was on the Bucs and Brady was on the Chiefs, do you see the outcome being any different in that game? I sure don't. That o-line would've gotten Brady killed.
Oh 100%! Brady has only become the goat because of his supporting cast around him. Now, do I believe that a great QB can elevate a mediocre team to a good team? Absolutely! But if Brady was on, let’s say, the browns all these years, he’d have retired years ago, I think. I’ll actually take your comment a step farther and say that if Brady and mahomes would have switched teams, the beat down would’ve been even worse. Mahomes, at this point in both their careers, is significantly better overall than Brady. If he had the weapons Brady has and that defense and Brady has that KC o-line, it would’ve been a 50+ point stomping

lol! the Browns...perfect analogy and your point is driven home!

Mahomes is great but he relies on his athleticism and arm to much. He needs to learn to read defense, call audibles, make shifts for the offensive line.

What I saw happen towards the end of the first half was a team who became disheartened from all the bad penalty calls. By then, they knew what was going on and gave up. You could see it happening.

EXACTLY.

Brady didn’t get the MVP for THAT game. He earned it for what he did with that jacked up *** clown of a franchise.

TB cut their penalties by a HUGE margin. That didn’t happen BEFORE Brady. TB was never prepared for games like they were this year, with maybe the exception of the 2002 Super Bowl where that idiot Gruden dismantled his own offense. Of course, Gruden sucks *** the rest of his time in TB, and is sucking *** for the Raiders. AGAIN. And that moron Gruden is STILL running that same garbage offense. You can’t fix stupid.

As reported, being late for meetings is essentially nonexistent. Arians didn’t fix that, Brady did.

One man came in and changed a franchise in one year. A year with a scandemic controlling every single aspect of the season. And it wasn’t Fournette, Gronk or that mental case Antonio Brown. It was Brady.

This season exposed Belichick as the coach made by Brady. Just like Mahomes is making Andy Reid. It’s a QB driven league.

As for the penalties...stop crying your eyes out. The Chiefs get away with murder. Kelci manhandles guys like Michael Irving used to. Their offensive line holds on damn near every play, but the NFL wants Mahomes to be the face of the NFL, it’s hands off. And no ****, the NFL did the same with Brady. Watching the Chiefs for years it’s always the same.

There isn’t a QB in NFL history who plays better running. Not ONE. When Randall Cunningham came into the league, he was going to change the game forever. All he did was sandlot football. Mahomes has the same issue. He can make almost any throw, but when **** starts going sideways, he can’t do the work on the sideline to change it.

And, because I’m sick of hearing the cry babies snivel about the Chefs offensive line I’ll point out the FACT of it. And that FACT is they were only missing ONE lineman. Just ONE. The other three were gone most of the year, so stop with that crap.

One team prepared like it was THE a game of the year. The other team bought the media hype about their coach and the few playmakers they have. Which are THREE. Take any one of them out of the game and you got a shot at a win. Take two of them out of the game and you can slip the ring on.

The Chefs should be ashamed at the garbage they put on the field Sunday. Spagnuolo was getting slurped for WEEKS about the genius he is, how he beats the brakes off Brady and all that. And yet, his game plan SUCKED.

The now crowned King of Coaching Andy Reid looked like a fool. The guy who can draw up a play on the sideline couldn’t make a damn thing happen.

KC got out coached, out prepared, out played...and they got Brady’d.

Boo Hoo.

BTW, it should be clear I hate the Chefs. Always have, always will. I love the fact they got exposed and embarrassed in the Super Bowl.

Really? They are “professionals”. Don’t give them that excuse, because the Chefs get calls every week.

They are professionals and should act like it. But 98 yards vs 5 yards is challenging to deal with. I didn't have a dog in the fight and hadn't watched much since all the kneeling started, but I did play in high school, lol.

Seemed to me anytime TB had a 3rd and long, a pass interference or defensive holding call was coming. I was under the impression tight coverage was good coverage and players are "allowed" more leeway in the Superbowl.

Let me start with, I don't really care about this so not arguing with you. Not defending KC either.

What I heard during the game was that the guy that went out in the prior game resulted in 2 other guys shifting out of their previous positions and then added someone new. This would put 3 people in positions they didn't play in prior to the game. Is this enough to make the o-line look as bad as it did? No idea.

But I will say that I would be surprised if a team could get the the SB with an o-line that looked as bad as KC did.
