I have a "noise" when clutch is pushed in... kind of a "swooshing" noise that increases in loudness the longer clutch is held down... but goes away as soon as clutch is let out... Doesn't matter if in neutral or in gear... and may actually still be making noise while moving in gear. almost like clutch isn't engaging all the way..? I haven't driven the car, just backed in and out of the garage.
Is it possible that an adjustment to the clutch rod could fix this..?
Thanks..!

What clutch do you have, B&B or diaphragm?
If it's making noise as soon as the release bearing contacts the fingers of the PP, I'm thinking you have a bad bearing.

Diaphragm...
It's a new release bearing from Brewer's..so I hope that wouldn't be it.

Is this mechanical or hydraulic if it's mechanical it's possible that the throw out bearing has come unclipped on one side and is cockeyed. This usually happens when bearing fork has a defect or or clutch linkage is shifting or not straight and not pushing evenly on the release mechanism.

Its mechanical...I'll take a look at that. I remember it being fairly difficult for me to install in the clips.

Could it be the pilot bearing/bushing? If you let out the clutch pedal the bearing stops doing anything
