I removed my front pump to replace the bushing and seals. I am ready to put it back in, but my clutches seem to be not engaged (kind of hanging out) and the input shaft won’t support them up enough to slide my pump back in. Is there a way to keep the transmission in the car and get it all lined back up with out using gravity?

No, there isn't a way to put it back together properly with the transmission horizontal. It needs to come out of the car and stood up on the output shaft in order to get the clutch packs lined up. The front band will also have to come out to do that correctly.

You may be able to wiggle the input shaft while pushing and twisting all at the same time.

The motor is pulled out and I’m sitting on the k frame.

Now I understand ,,,that makes sense now .

You might can get lucky and get it back in place ?
But I’m almost certain you will have to pull it out to make it fit back .
Good luck man,,,,that’s a lot of work .
