I recently got a pair of edelbrock performer knock off heads(procomps),and I was wanting to know who has the best CNC programming for these style of heads. I'm looking for flow numbers and over horsepower. For this car is strictly a drag car and I am trying to get the best flow numbers possible

Does Mike have the machine to CNC heads?...or does he send them out ????

I got 2 360s that run MCH CNC heads...

I don't know thats why I suggested calling , he's a great guy to talk to and if he sends them out I bet he would tell you who he is sending them to .

Have a good professional Porter,
back it up with an actual cam ,gear , compression , choice. ...?...Airflow,isn't the pure choice,....., someone's gotta give you,notice... What the hell, you want:?Give us gear ratio,c,converter/stick,tire size.. Let's get dirty ,& nasty.. watch'ya got....?

The new motor is going to be a 396 stroker 340 block with a 3.79 stroke crank aluminum rods 15:1 compression, solid custom roller these aluminum heads tweaked to the max light weight valve train either a single 1050 on a tweaked super Victor jr or 2 600 doubles on a sheet metal intake. It has a 904 with a 5500stall and t brake full bullet and roller trans an a 8.75 running problem 4.56s with 30x10.5 slicks and here's the car

better buy a Dana 60
I am going to stick with a 8.75 we are back bracing it with Molly tubing plus I recently scored a bullet center Chuck, this cars claim to fame is its weight to power ratio plus I have seen 8.75 hold up behind front engine dragsters with no problems

Theres nothing wrong with those heads , done right with the right setup they can easily support well over 600 hp , like I said in my first post pick up the phone and talk to the guy doing that's doing just that -or pm him here , he is a sponsor here -or just keep going in circles with opinions -your choice .

I talked with him today and he was extremely knowledgeable and will most likely be my choice but I have to run my choice by the machinist

I would love to use those casting but I would be forced to change around a lot more such as valve train, exhaust, intake plus it would be interesting to see how much you truly can get out of these heads when tweaked to the max

Not to mention $950 pistons if you want to use the Victors , I have been drooling over getting a pair of those but 4k for the heads , 950 for custom pistons, plus god knows how much for the custom valve train and special order tti headers , yikes it hurts just thinking about it lol .

you can compare them to the MCH CNC eddy head that I had done back in 2009.....mine had 2.02/1.60 valves...
