Crazy ***** neighbour

The spatula tactic would have been much more decisive if it were a Spetsnaz Throwing Spatula. ;-)

Seriously though... don't give the vampire the energy she craves. My policy with neighbors is that I generally tolerate them through minimal interaction. They know better than to bring any hostility within my property boundaries. All it took was one particularly long night.

Watch yourself, crazy women are very, very manipulative.
While you might have an officer of the law on your side, a crying woman, a good lawyer and a sympathetic judge can screw you up in a heartbeat, no matter the facts.
Many women are just that way, very vindictive.

All fences do is create property disputes, especially if you're trying to prevent a dispute of another nature by erecting them. Not the best recourse here, I'd say.
Don't need more wood for her anything to sharpen her claws on, either. :D

As far as ME pissing off the neighbors, as a car buff with a few pieces of scrap metal laying around, I wouldn't dream of being a problem.

I didn't know my brother's first ex move to Canada. I knew see move up by the border.

If you do build a fence make sure you get your land surveyed so you know were the property line is. So she won't have that to ***** about. Then make
sure the fence posts are on your side and put the other side right on the line.

I see it so many time were people build something without getting one and causes a lot of head aches because they built on the other person's property.

The thing about a fence you won't have to look at her.
 
You know it shouldn't take all that long to cut up a human body with a sawzall and you do have a basement and a BBQ. Alive, Fried Green Tomatoes, The Burbs. :snakeman:

How come the real loonies are alway's in the home health care field?Had one of those idiot's down the road from me,all she wanted to do was argue and threaten to sue,I just ignored the shrew and she moved out,somebody elses problem now.Good Luck

My ex was and is a crazy *****! Bipolar nut case buddy and yes she is in the home health care field... not kidding!

I would install a set of electric exhaust cut outs and fire the swinger up when I know it would p*ss her off, then close them off before the police come to see just how loud your exhaust really is. It would be pretty easy to deem her as a trouble maker.

I say burn her ******* house down,or better get your wife out there when this nut case comes nocking and fake a fight in witch your wife gets hurt now call the cops when they show up put a no treasspassing on her work for me once no ****.

The cops stopped by today.My wife talked to them. Apparently I left A memento the other day. Crazy *** ***** has a large bruise on her thigh from the speznatz spatula. Maybe she'll think twice now...

The cops are concerned about her as she is not accepting any responsibility. apparently it's all my fault. They feel that she will escalate things.

Her I can deal with. Im just gonna ignore her. I am concerned for my wife and daughter though. My girl walks to the school bus stop every morning and is only 9. If that crazy ***** bothers her she will meet with an accident.
 
Just a little update for yall.

All has been quiet on the western front as of late. Seems the cops finally got through to the freak.

However I did have a great chat with another neighbour regarding crazy *****. I'll call the other neighbour Pat to protect the innocent,lol

Anyways "Pat" has been taking care of the old fellow who lives in the house where crazy ***** is staying. She has been doing this for years and knows him well.Cleans up after him. Anyways turns out that the old gent fell last year and broke his hip,and this nutjob moved in to help him out. She is not a relation or family member,simply a friend of the family. She had been tossed out of her fathers place when he died as the executor of his will wanted her gone. Then she moved in with her son who tossed her out. Then she moved in with the poor old guy next door. It was only supposed to be for a couple weeks,but she has been there for more than a year now,technically squatting I guess. The local elderly care aids call people like that "nesters". They move in and abuse /take advantage of the elderly. What a ******* vampire.

This nutcase really is nuts as she has turned out to be bipolar. Must have been off her meds when I got hosed down..

Now she has taken to driving the old gent car. Has took it on 4 hour trips to Kelowna to get her stuff. He has been nailed with over $1500 in repair bills due to her insane driving and abuse to the vehicle. THe old guy hardly ever drove and I used to see the car maybe twice a year,but now it's out all the time.

The good neighbour "pat" had a lawyer question nutjob over lunch. The lawyer got no further than "how long do you plan to stay with the old guy?" when crazybitch peeled out of the driveway. Then the old guy gets the cops to his door again asking why he is driving recklessly,but they knew it was crazybitch as there was a witness.

So I ask you,what can I do for the old guy? Pat has been locked out by crazybitch and she no longer knows the status or health of the old fella. I think there is a really good chance he is being abused and is too intimidated to throw her out. I wanna gang up on this soulsucker and show her the door.
 
You can request a well being check on him to the local sheriffs department and stay anonymous. Tell them what you just told us and they will go over and speak to him.
