Dad bought a MOPAR

My Dad bought himself a 1973 Power wagon down in Yuma, AZ.

The PO put a box from a little red express on it and painted it blue.
Dad wants to get the wood for the box seeing how the holes are already there.
He also wants to put the exhaust stacks on it like the express has.

I seen this truck when I was down there a few months ago.
It's rust free and in outstanding condition.
It has a 318 with (so the PO said) 340 heads on it, Edelbrock high rise with a holley 4bbl and headers. It sounds great!

Also is a 4 speed. Dad has been calling me just about every day since he bought it telling me all the things he wants to do to it when we bring it up to Washington.
He paid $3000. for it.

Pretty cool that at 83 he still like toys!

He just called me again wondering where he could get running boards or nerf bars. He is having a bit of trouble getting in it because it sits high. Told him to go down to Pep boys.

To bad he's 1500 miles away I'd love to be there working on it for him.
