Best way to clean-restore plastic lenses in a dash with-out removing it?

Be careful as any pressure from front side could push them out. The mounting studs are plastic from the bezel itself

Agreed, Nothing more than light pressure, window cleaner on a tissue, unless you first take the whole works apart. If you did take the whole thing apart you could use a headlight restore kit on the lenses.
Putting it all back together will result in finger prints on the lenses which goes back to the windex and tissue.
