Not an E-bike, but....
I bought a scooter with a seat from Costco, just for that purpose. But it also works perfectly to get from my house to my bff's house, about a mile away. $350 if I remember right. No complaints.
Don't remember the brand, but I can find out, and post a pic.

If you're gettin old, two wheels is askin for trouble, plus you caint carry anything. You need like a offroad WalMart scooter.

Our plant is huge , I walk out and back out and back all day long .. I just want to ride something , golf carts used locally are around $3000 .. somewhat spendy for the amount of use I would get ..

I had a yamaha Zuma got tired of loading it up //

Old but not feeble

This is my Costco special. Pull the seat, fold the handlebars it fits in the trunk of my camaro. It came with a basket, never put it on, I wanted to be able to fold it. It would be nice to have back and forth to bff's place.
Edit: just checked costco.com. My scooter does not show up available anymore.

That EX6 is a solid pick if the use is more relaxed cruising rather than full off-road. For a pit-bike substitute, an ebike with simpler specs might suffice and cost less. The EX6’s fat-tires and step-thru frame are comfortable and stable. Just check clearance, rack or storage when not riding.

An older gent from My Lady Friend's apt. bought one of the sportier e-bikes like those Souls above ~2yrs back, another tenant asked if He thought He was able to ride it well, He replied.."I guess We'll see"... My visit a week later His arm was in a cast,......lol,...guess it got away from Him.....
R.I.P. Nick...

Bought a real scooter, after using a couple cheap chi-com units. If ya have to, you can leave the rig at an event....and ride to your motel or eateries.
