Hi there. I did a number of these swaps back in the day and just used the 273 mounts. I forget exactly how I did it but I think I moved them around from the back side of the ears to the front side. Always worked fine.

Also you will want to use a 10.5 flywheel and clutch assy. & bell. The 9 1/4 will make you faster but you will have to change it often. 8 3/4 also mandatory.
