Wow, all that has gone on here at FABO really shows me how it's not just a website, it has become a support group. A place where people can say what's on their minds. A-body owners must be special people.


Sometimes a member needs financial help, but other times somebody might need a kind word or just to know that someone understands how they feel. Life can be difficult nowadays in many ways.

I think the help people get here might just be considered priceless.

I guess I'm hijacking a bit here (not the first time lol) but to all FABO members who have I have shared time with here, THANK YOU!

I did see a thread of someone bitchin about this thread and others like it, so we are returning all funds right now due to bad vibes across the boards.


This is really a sad thing to have to see out here. All I was trying to do here was offer up some much needed assistance for some very kind hearted people who contribute in more ways than one on these boards. and who are truly having it rough. I do understand John and I have sent you a P.M

FABO is a great place and always will be. You can share your thoughts and feelings without anyone knowing who you really are. We are not someone you have to face every day so it is easy to talk to you guys. I appreciate all the words and help FABO has given and offered me and my family. Everyone have a great week.

No need to apologize brother. I know where your heart was. The world needs more people like you willing to help others in need. I try to help others as much as possible both financially and emotionally. I'm currently helping a FABO member right now with emotional support. Sometimes in life that's worth a million bucks. I've gone through hard times in life myself. The clouds/storms have gone and I too try to share the sunshine that God has granted me. Christopher

It's all good dude!
We all have learned and grown as a group together.
I have gain some new friends that I will be trying in the near future to get to know better. I have also been enlightened of a few people here who I will make a point to help in the future.
No Worries!!!!
It doesn't pay to worry, it causes stress and stress is a killer of men.
I refuse to worry anymore due to all the bad that happens, that I have no control over.
Anyone at anytime can find themselves thrust into bad times through no fault of their own.
The past is gone but not forgotten.
Other rant has very good points that I agree with. But a few had to jump on the dog pile and make hurtful statements that weren't true and not based entirely on facts.
That is also a learning experience for us all to remember and file for future enlightenment and another welcomed AH-HA moment!:cheers:

Hey dustermaniac & rest of FABO,

ABB & myself really didn't feel good about this from the beginning. We had just went to Gatlinburg on a cheap weekend back when I thought I had $5K left comming to me form the government. While I was there I was applying for work at several places and did recieve a letter from Pigeon Forge Trolley saying to check in next spring! When we got back we were taken by suprise by UI benifits canceled, SUPRISE! (panic now!)
BOF FOR SALE!
Anyway, we are struggling, but today I hauled 2 cars so I made some money.
ABB is upstairs right now refunding all$ sent to us. It didn't feel good and it was not good karma for me. I'm a fighter and still scrappin.
Car hauler will get a new master cylinder and booster tomorrow. My light comes on, moist booster & master, failing brakes, hit the center lane while loaded avoiding idiot cutting me off & hitting their brakes.
Found remanufactured combo set already bolted together for $112.00.
NOT ANY FABO MONEY! LOL!!:cheers:

Anyway, we are struggling, but someone must be praying for us cause I hauled 2 before noon then started repairs. I have high hopes for the future.

You dont have to just call me someone.I,ve been here long before you and have contributed to many causes and have given parts to many in need. Well maybe not many but a few anyway.You do not need to refund the donations on account of me. You could probably care less what I have to say now so why care what I think. If it made people happy to send you a helping hand dont take that away from them because of one bitter old man. I found a lot are tired of the constant help threads and have recieved many pm,s. But if I were able to donate I would. A fellow pisces told me that we wear our emotions on our shirt sleeves for all to see.This time the sight wasnt pretty and for that i am sorry.Over the internet we do not know peoples circumstances so we can make wrong assumptions because of what we see. You didn't do anything wrong dustermaniac, you were just trying to help out John an ABB.. I don't think that thread was directed at what you were trying to do.. The way I read it, it was a cheap shot at DRENO and cudachick.. Unless I read it wrong....

I don't think it was a cheap shot at anyone in particular.We were ( or I was anyway) saying we would help if we could but can't monitarially at this time. By no means was I envious for help given.Everyone decides what is or is not good Karma to them. You had good karma or the offers would not be there. If refunding helps you sleep at night , then its the right thing for you. Luv to you both.
