factory 383 A body throttle cable housing length...

my car has 98% of its orig parts... however the throttle cable was broken by a prev owner and replaced... it barely reaches the clamp so its obv short, looking for the correct length of just the housing .... i heard 67 was different..not sure..... only original 383 a bodies that are known original...lmk thanks

Yes 67 was different because it used an AFB instead of an AVS. I will see if I still have my original cable from my 69 if I can find it...

No. The bracket is off a 440 with cruise.

By housing do you mean the plastic tube, the metal end of the tube, or the "ferrule" that the clamp holds?

the "housing" has the cable inside it... i do not caer about the cable... just measure from the firewall [washer] to the end of the metal tip where the bracket clamps on.. [where cable comes out at engine side]
