Not true, the stratosphere rollercoaster in Las Vegas is 1070' high. I went on it back when it opened in 1996 when my rich girlfriend took us on a blank-check trip to Las Vegas from New York. It was pretty scary. It looks like it's been closed.
Yeah so since it doesn't exist anymore arguing it's the tallest is kinds stupid.The High Roller on the Stratosphere only had an elevation change of 20-feet. Also (per Wikipedia) the High Roller was closed and dismantled in 2005 because required repairs would have cost $500,000.
