Barbee6043 we are happy your here in Texas. I bet ya got here as fast as you could. I got yere 23 years ago. I love this state.

we are out in the "country" sorta ! 5 mi ot of town pop 1500.... ha .... about 45 mi of N side of Houston. I am NOT used to having neighbors and NOT used to this many people and the traffic in Houston even on sat or sun if NUTS! ha
I do miss Missouri, lived there almost 40 years! plan is in 2 years move away from this humidity. I was rasied in S W Ga and this is even worse! ha
and Tx is a BIG state, every time I find a car "of interest", it is at least 4-5 hrs away or on other side of the state Ha

Witchita Falls, Abilene, San Angelo, Midland Odessa, not too bad with humidity. Just effin hot in the summer. One year we had 140 days straight of over 100° weather. 7am it would be 90° already. This summer is starting off pretty good hasnt been crispy hot yet.
