Thanks Kim... Yeah it pulled hard all the way.... Looks like the new Holley HP electric pump did the trick

 fishy68 :eek:ccasion: Happy to see you got out on the track =D>
I have to =D> your 1/8 mile time :burnout: broke out of 8.0 class :eek:ccasion:
Congratulations on your build, you did a great job sir =D>

Thanks guys.

JimJimJimmy, they work well when the track is prepped good. My first run I didn't do so good because I ran in the street tire lane and it didn't hook good at all. Luckily for me they let me run in the slick lane since they were drag radials. Hooked real good in that lane. I haven't tried MT's or Hoosiers but have read numerous times that they hook better than Nitto's but since I do so much driving I went with the Nitto's because they do last somewhat longer. Got about 12,000 miles out of the last set. Their a nice middle of the road tire that work better then street radials and don't break the bank.

Bad440, yeah I drove it there. I drive it everywhere when weather permits. It's a very mild mannered car and with the tall tires and 3.55 gears isn't too bad even on the hwy at 65 mph. The weekend before last me and the Mrs. went on a 160 miles trip down the river road.

LOL, just what I was thinking MeMike.
