Anyone run this new T gauge they have ?
@RustyRatRod
They are 1:450 scale and really cute

Must be new because I've never seen them before

I thought N scale is small, N scale is huge next to these

Seems like the smaller they get, the bigger the price tag.

That's why H.O. scale can't be beat for a lower price and really good availability.

I have a bunch of 70’s N scale from my younger yrs. The cars can derail easily, thinking they need a bit more weight to keep them on rails. Wonder how these would be

I happened to be in SLC Utah at the same time the national model railroad convention was being held there.

There was a Z scale layout that was about 1500 square feet.

There was a LOT of stuff (not really) packed in there.

...and it was super detailed.

Unfortunately, the smaller you get, the less "realistic" the physics are or appear to be.

Some N gauge that my dad gave me. I never did anything with it. My older brother got all of his HO gauge (was a lot) and he never did anything with them. Still like looking at them though.

We had a fairly large HO setup when I was younger, I have a few pieces boxed up somewhere. I can't imagine working with something that small. Cool conversation piece though.
@harrisonm "How do they get an electric motor and gears in something that small???" you ever see how small the motor that makes a cellphone vibrate is. It's crazy how small they can make things.

My son and I run HO. Couldn’t imagine anything smaller than N. Cool to see. Nightmare to mess with lol.
