i might be getting these "bolt on" as he described them frame connectors. first off, did anyone make bolt on style like these or are these home made? second will these work on my 74 valiant?

thanks jason

They look like the Mopar Performance connectors. Be careful buying them used. Theres to version 108" wheel base for Barracuda/Duster/Demon and 111" for Dart/Scamp.

If those are for the correct wheelbase they will work, but I still recommend welding them in. They work so much better that way.

I have no idea if there are 4 door A body frame connectors. I would assume thet are all constructed with 2 door models in mind. That being said, you could simply lengthen those ones by chopping out the centre section and welding in the needed length. The ends of them should work for any A body.

Those are what we have on our duster and we welded them in. Don't know if you will but we noticed a huge difference in the car as far as stiffness you could feel driving down the road after we had them welded in(never had them bolted in). A friend of ours manages a local exhaust shop and thats were we had them welded it made it alot easier doing it on a drive on lift making sure everything fit right.Prob wouldnt hurt to throw a coat of paint on them first:)
Good luck,
Marvin
