Front tires rubbing on my 1973 dart swinger

So i have 15" wheels and low profile tires on the front of my 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger, and it rubs when turning to the right if i have more then two people in the car. Need help throw me some tips. Thank you.

Are your shocks bad? What engine is in your car and which torsion bars are you using.
