Thought I would share this for the rest of you to admire on my new to me 5.9 magnum I just picked up.

I just bought a pair of 340-360 spool motor mounts at Rockingham to avoid being shamed for doing that....lol. Now I just need to figure out where to get new inserts cause the rubber is shot!

I like poly, and the insert is the same as big block I believe?

yeah, it is. however it brings to the front of my mind if something as simple as this was overlooked, then what else did they bobo up?

that's just lazy and hack work.
The motor was in a Non-Mopar application. I don’t think he knew 340/360’s use different mounts. 72 international scout.

4wd guys... say no more...

(it's hacks all the way down)

[no worries on the mechanical part of the motor, everybody knows 4wd guys don't do no engine work]

Was the scout primer grey? I put a built 360 in a 72 scout when I was 17. Transmission was dodge up front and international in the back.

Nylocks aren't really appropriate for that application anyway. Look up distorted thread lock nuts
