You did a very nice job on that one Mile. It does look good with out the hood, but i think it is the hood that makes the car really stand out.

Thanks dartcuda!! After looking at the pictures I believe you are right.
I hated that I smudged the wind shield.
Thanks dartcuda, And a good morning to ya sir.:coffee2::hello2:

Yeah...model building is great therapy. Nice & relaxing.... and you did a nice job!

Very nice work Mike. I noticed you didn't mention wether your using the old style glue or the new non-toxic stuff.

I am using TesTers green label

Yep it has a Danger harmful Vapors with the cross bones.:colors:

Go's good with beer and drying time on the green label is 45 seconds
so it will stay still for me=D>

I just painted the trailer and opened a cold one.:thumblef::drinkers:

Then you're having more fun than I am.. I can't drink due to the antibiotics from my strep throat. I might be able to dig up some glue though...lol!

I am out in the garage doing sheet metal work. MIG fumes aren't much fun at all.

Be carfull, That could be the reason you have it. naaaw!!
I had enough cold ones for myself and then I said to myself.
Self you should have one for ramcharger too. I did.:glasses8:

Ok she is ready for the shelf.
I had allot of good time on this model.
But allot of carving and cutting to make it all come together.
And enjoyed some self time with a cold one or two.

I haven't built a model car for 30 years. Pre war Willys and Anglias' were my all time favorites. I had the Stone/Woods/Cook car and the Malco 33' Willys.
I also had an Anglia but I don't remember whose it was. I suppose the Willys
could be considered Mopar. Willys got bought out by American Motors and
A.M. was puurchased by Mother Mopar. And I don't ever remember a photo of a Willys drag car that didn't have a Hemi under the hood. This photo was taken at "Mopars on the Mississippi" in Dubuque, Iowa last summer.

Nice Willys. and it is setting next to a good looking A bodie too.
Hay Mike look at EvilScamps third picture of his white willys!!
It had an olds motor in it. sticker on the door.

It has been awhile for me too. about 18 years.
it has turned out to be good therapy for me.
and it keeps other stuff off my mind.
Maybe I will build another, If I can find one
I would spend my time with.

You're correct! I remember "Engle Equip Olds" on the door decal. I also saw
a Thames panel that I had. I may have an old car or two stashed in the basement. I'll have to look this afternoon. Thanks for rekindling old memories!
