Has anyone used the 67-76 A-body door mirror reinforcement plates on 64-66 cars?

Installing the correct manual driver door mirror on my 1966 Valiant and saw in this 2022 thread mention of aftermarket mirror reinforcement plates being made out of stainless steel. I've owned many well used Mopars in the past and I've had some doors cracked and warped in this area from years of them coming loose and being over tightened by prior owners. door handle/mirror reinforcement plates

Has anyone installed these on 1964-1966 Valiant, Barracuda, or Darts and find they fit well? I could make my own by would be willing to pay the $35 for a set and spend that fab time on other projects.

I have to do the same on a twin car to yours. There is some aftermarket mirror on there and I'm going to go back to the twin post model on both sides. Where did you find that plate?

No I haven’t on those years but did on a 72 duster worked well. But I also made door handle ones out of 1/8 aluminum way cheaper and pretty simple assuming you could also do it to the mirror area as well.
