The brackets in the rear sway bar kit can be welded to the axle. We have a separate kit for the 73-76 A-Body. It is p/n 55905. This is a tubular 1-1/8" Sway bar for 73-76 A-Body k-members that includes all bracketry to mount the sway bar if you did not have one.
