when i swapped from s/six to 318/4 speed in my 68 valiant i just added to clutch and brake pedals to the existing pedal box. you just remove the pivot pin and brake pedal (you'll be fitting new bushes from brewers right? so...) and swap in the longer pin with the manual pedals. but i'm all for an easy life so i like doing less work for the same result, lol.

Nope, but your upper shift rods might need tweeked.

You need to make a list of everything you actually need and post a wanted ad in the classifieds. That will get you much faster results than a vague shotgun post here.

The FSM has a breakdown of all the parts. The picture is of BB, HD pedals which pivot on bearings not bushings.

another thing i did with my valiant was i bolted the 4 speed hump to the tunnel rather than welding it. i fitted rivnuts to the tunnel all round the hole i'd cut and used stainless button heads to hold the hump on. it meant i had good access setting up the shift rods before bolting the hump down and laying the carpet.

Yes, that is sounds great for future access also. Did you use a liquid gasket ?

Just did a barracuda change over to 4 spd. We fit everything on a fixture for the headers rather then trying to do it in the car.
