have you tried McGard "Tough Nuts"?
don't know about the LH, though. Might be worth changing the LH studs to RH.

If I were you, & it was possible I'd change all of the left hand studs to right hand. That way, some tire jockey doesn't "accidentally"twist a few off because he doesn't know any better & has no clue as to what the notches on the lugs nuts mean.

I have some 7/16 , right and left chrome lugs for the small bolt ralleys.
