Hi everyone, just to get some insight on a Holley 750 Double pumper with vacuum secondaries vs one with mechanical secondaries. Would the vacuum setup be more of a street car and the mechanical a street/strip car. What application would you choose one over the other for. Besides the mechanical being hard on gas what is the pros and cons between the two. Sorry I lack carburetor knowledge.

Vacuum secondary carbs are not double pumps....DP's are mech. sec linkage only.

The Holley 750 V.S(3310) carb came on many a big block cars back in the day and is a great all around carb in my eyes.The DP carbs work great for a strip car,but if this is for your daily car,I,d go with the vacuum secondary carb.JMO
