Hi guys this Holley is 2 years old,never had a brand new carb,or having fuel boiling after shut down,have had a few hard starts.we know the temp go up after it's shut down. I have a Holley spacer,heat shield as you can see in the pictures.still bubbling. I could be off my rocker,maybe not but the new Holleys are way lighter than an old Holley could the thiner holley suck up heat faster and hold it.never had this problem before, thoughts please.car runs 185 all day.

Which Holley?
What intake?
Did you block the heat crossovers (if the manifold has them)?
as you can see in the pictures.still bubbling.
What pic? Bubbling in the lines/fuel filter or in the carburetor itself?
A pic is always nice- it can lead to a discovery that may not have been thought of previously...

Edelbrock rpm,crossovers are block 650 holley vs could not up a picture says up load file does not existed

Fresh fuel has a small percentage of VOCs in it that can boil as low as 95*F, depending local pressures. They will not boil at 4>5 psi line pressure.
If your fuel is bubbling in the line, at shut down, then it is no longer under pressure.

If the float valves are known to be good, then I think there are only three options;
1) the fuel level in the bowl is too low
2) the fuelpump check valves are not working or
3) the carb has an internal leak, leading to the float valves opening.

Just so you know, I run my 367 at 207*F fulltime, on 87E10 full time, and my 750DP has no problem dealing with that, on the RPM Air Gap intake and alloy heads; at the highest temps we get here in Manitoba, rarely exceeding 37*C/99F.
I have a one-piece hard line from the pump to the dual-feed, tho, so I cannot see bubbles.

I can see it bubbling through the clear site hole on my float bowl.
 
You say you have a spacer and heat shield, what is the spacer made of. I've got a Edelbrock carb on a Edelbrock air gap intake and had to get one of their heat spacers, I would go to the store to get some more beer in the middle of summer in South Carolina and the Dart didn't want to start from the heat got that spacer and problem solved, should work for the Holley? just a thought, helped me.

The spacer is 1/4 inch some kind of fiber , just did some looking,and there is a spacer made by canton reviews say it cured heat some.

Yea it might with the heat shield. I think the Edelbrock heat gasket I have is almost a 1/2 inch thick but I have an Edelbrock carb and the fuel bowls don't hang over the intake. If that don't work, try what AJ/FormS is suggesting.
 
Where is the fuel line (before the carb) routed? Is it picking up heat from headers or manifolds?

Just my own experience, with Holley’s those 1/4’’ heat insulator gaskets don’t make much difference. They still get hot, especially in hot weather.
