As a whole it appears to me that there is a list being made etc. I do like the later cars save for that high impact bumperSignificance of the '74 Duster 360 4 speed cars as a whole or a specific car in this thread?

No worries, it’s a “family tradition” lolI had just Jim listed for this car, but updated the list to include your username as well.
Super rare-only 593 built with the HP 360 4-speed, and highest Horsepower 360.Pardon me for asking but what is the significance of this car is it the last run of 360 4 speeds or something?
Here’s a photo of my VS29L4G with a 4spd. I’m the original owner, factory special order, ordered 12/15/73 and received 3/15/74. Yes, it took 3 months to get it. I’ve included a photo of the fender tag along with shots of it decoded. From original, I installed Hooker headers and an Edelbrock vapor injection kit to keep it from pinging under heavy throttle. 8 mpg when I was having fun, 15 to 16 on the highway. It’s 51 years old now, original paint and high back bench seat with center pull down armrest. Enjoy!

I’m going to freshen up the #s matching 360 and swap out the Stroker. Also put the original 3.21 SG gears back in.
I was able to get my hands on the original Thermoquad carb. Thanks for the info. Going to rebuild and put that on the Stroker for now and probably sell the Holley 850 QFT.
He pulled the complete motor and set it aside using nothing for the stroker build.
Sorry no. Fella I sold it to back in 2013 threw them away.Does your original motor have the exhaust manifolds still on it?
If so, can you snap some pictures of them? Maybe grab the casting numbers if possible?
Thanks!
They are the same as 71-73 340Sorry no. Fella I sold it to back in 2013 threw them away.![]()
Thanks for the heads up on that. I have a set of 73 340 manifolds I bought to put on my 340 Cuda. Those probably the same? They are the same as 71-73 340
