I Got a Steal!!!!!!!!!!!

That score would make a rich man jealous!

I know you gotta be thinking this.....flip or not to flip??????

Looks like you got everything there to do it up right and fast too-keep us updated in the member restoration forum.

Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement fellas. I really think this was way to good of a deal to pass up. Essentially there is pretty much everything I need to do the car. I really dont want to flip it because the car is growing on me so much so quickly. I really cant stress how clean this thing really is. There is one spot on the drivers side floor pan the size of a marker that is the only rot on the floor pans. I cannot wait to start this project but my old man told me that my scamp needs to be finished before I can start working on this thing. I mean after all this is an A body site so my abody gets priority for now lol. P.S. does anyone know where I can find out how many 72 318/3 speed challengers were made?

looks like way too much work to fix up that Challenger.

add the fact that you have to finish the Scamp before you can work on it

but I'm willing to help out by giving you what you paid if you want to truck the whole works to me:-D

seriously, that's an awesome deal-congrats and enjoy it.

Wow! Awesome find and congrats!

When does the restoration start?

I plan on doing this car right. some of the work that is being done over at pro-touring.com is truly amazing and has inspired me to go this route. Being extremely thorough. Im not really a fan of being a purist and restoring this car back to original form, the fact that im only 21 probably has a big influence on that. Im thinking about going pro-touring with this car, any thoughts on colors. I was considering snakeskin green, I want to stand out and my scamp is already hemi orange. so any thoughts, suggestions and advice please post

You should be able to get all of your money back just out of the extra parts, so you got a car for nothing. Best deal there is!

BTW, there are still a few space left at Carlisle.

Very nice score varlo.. that's the problem with these cars.. they grown on you fast, and next thing you know you're stuck with it.. lol.

I'd love to make enough to cover the cost of the car. I really don't know if I can but hey Im gunna give it a shot! If anybody wants anything shoot me a pm.

Thanks,
Joe

WOW! He shoots...HE SCORES!!!!!!!!

Awesome find man....go any more pics of the car itself?

Seeing as you already have a project, I think you should have PM'd me about it before you bought it. I don't have a project right now. I'm stuck with just driving it.

Great score! Good luck with the build.

Take your time is the main advice I can give you and have fun. If it becomes not fun put it on the back burner for awhile.

Well i dragged myself outside to do some more inventory on the challenger and all of my parts. I can only do so much due to a back injury in a recent car accident(got rear ended). I pulled everything out and tried to organize the best i can. Here are some more pics. There is 1 small area on the drivers floor pan that needs attention, everything else is great! Anyone know what the dash with A/C is worth? As well as my power window door panels?

ive noticed theres not really that much activity on FEBO, anyone know of any real active communities similar to FABO that can help me out?

Really nice find......makes me miss my Chally.

Why don't you post on FEBO and "jump start" them w/ your find 8)

Had a couple of extra pictures. I figured I would post them because I like looking at pics all the time no matter what shape a car is in. As you can see nothing I havent done before, needs quarters which i have brand new and there is minimal rot on the body. This is sitting on the back burner until i get healthy(car accident) and I can give it my full attention. Still haven't finished doing inventory yet. If anyone needs anything they see and is going to carlisle, shoot me a pm I can bring items.
