Ignition problems

Trying to install a new ignition. I have the wheel pulled off, turning signal disconnected, and all screws and ignition still will not come out. Is there something else I need to do to get the ignition out.

wow man, we need INFORMATION. is this a 90 dodge ram van or ?????? any way there is a release in there somewhere that allows the cylinder to pop out

there is an entire write up that go with the pictures in a THREAD AROUND HERE SOMEWHERE. (sorry about the caps). that i did a long time ago.. i couldn't find it though. and really didn't feel like typing it all over again..lol
