The good part is that IHRA will not purchase the track and sell it when real estate values go up, like PBIR.
The Buyer for PBIR opted out after bad publicity, now the track sits as a wasteland. Owner sold off the stands and timing equipment.
The Owner, IRG Sports really got burned screwing over local Racers. The community ultimately ruined his greedy real estate monetary expectations.
