For years I have said that I don't need the microwave oven to beep when I push a button, when it's done, or WHENEVER! I know it's done; it shut off!
Recently, I mentioned this to a friend of my step-daughter, and she said to google the brand and model number, and I'll find a Youtube video (in my case) that will explain how to stop it.
It was a very simple keypad button pushing thing that took about 5 seconds! EUREKA! (If the power goes out, you'll have to reset it.)
I now send her occasional texts telling her that she is my hero! MY SANITY HAS BEEN RESCUED!!
