It’s spaghetti time again

It’s been awhile and I almost caved a couple of times and grabbed spaghetti while I was out. So after a doctors appointment today I stopped at Walmart and grabbed ingredients to make up a batch. Last time I had a little leftover and froze it and was going to add some sauce to have enough sauce for 1.5 pounds of spaghetti. I didn’t have anything but I did have some Uncle Charlie’s sauce he uses when he makes sausage. There’s a mild and hot. Man did it spicen up that sauce so today I bought two jars to add to my 4.5 pounds of browned ground meat and other ingredients I use in my sauce. It will be smelling good in here this evening.

Looks outstanding, but I've never seen 'Uncle Charley's' sauces in SoCal. Are they a regional PA thing?
