That's a sharp little Vert. Love the B5 Blue.

Nice car!First thing I would do is put some frame connectors in it.With it being a 4 speed, the connectors would help with your ride.Happy Moparing!

Do you really want to know what's wrong? Didn't think so. Nice car, enjoy it. Plan on keeping it though.

Yes I do, no money has changed hands, I know it is a lot of money, but it is a very rare car if it as described.

I do plan on keeping and you are making me more nervous than if you actually said something useful :)

and I don't like the rims either, but I guess they could not be original with disk brakes.

I like!!!! My only problem is that they ruined the push button delete plate on the dash. The plate where they cut a hole and installed an aftermarket tach. Those plates are hard tio find. Even more difficult than finding a radio delete plate. Again, nice vert

non original interior, something looked like "quickies". such as the exhaust hanger from plumbing strap. Spraying over the blower motor means the paintwork was also not-so-carefully done. 273/4spd is nice. 8.75 rear, I don't think is original. even the barracuda's has 7.25s. over 13K, must be a record for an early A. I'd say that's a 8K car tops.

If you bought it, enjoy it and don't worry what others think. opinions are like asses...eveyrone has one and they all stink.

Nice Dart vert. Like all the customizing except for gold trim. Here's some fendertag info. on 64's & how mumbers read.

AB is trans - 5 would be 3 speed manual on column
F is radio - 1 would be am music master economy
H is heater -5 is heater with defroster
j-k = convertible top
q-r = engine code(if no code denotes std. engine)
T is battery - 8 is code for 225,273 & 318
Z-not sure?
L code under body = dart Gt built in Los Angeles
trm = premium vinyl buckets in blue
pnt =d for medium blue metalic

Yea, I know the interior is not original, but that is hard to find in a 47 year old convertible. At least I can still get the "original" interior.

I don't think the delete plate is damaged, but it is hard to tell. and the tachy tach has to go.

8 3/4 is new, brakes are upgraded
Exhaust has to go
Supposedly no rust, or bondo.

I can paint the blower, and I will need to find a different steering wheel
I don't know about 8k there were a few people that bid it up to 12k, so I think I can get that at least.

I hate the dash pad.

But I am more interested in what isn't obvious Like what does the fender tag say:
And is all the chrome correct for that year.
Supposedly it is a commando motor but the valve covers and air cleaner look wrong? it is a solid lift engine with a 3/4 grind.

And what am I going to do with the 63 convertible already in my garage ?
:)

Thanks for the info, but ... this does not match the car :(

Where did you find this info and does anyone out there have a 4 speed car 63, 64 that can confirm this ?

I've seen and admired that car many times at shows in the Pacific Northwest.
