Sometimes Jeff. I was referring to new panels. The coating from the factory is porous and if it doesn't get coated with something, its gonna rust. Most shops are gambling that the person is going to get a different car before they have to honer any warranty.

Its been a long time since I heard of the flipped axle. I never tried it. Here the old tank has to be removed to run so we couldnt do the slurry thing. Many years ago I did fill the back tires like we do tractor tires. I could sure push people around then and hit pretty hard but when I cut a tire one year the flagman got wet and they outlawed filled tires.
Humidity is a huge factor. Bare metal(yes aluminium too) corrodes immediately. The window for getting a DTM product on it is 8 hours from when it is sanded. I assume North Carolina is pretty humid. If it sits longer than 8 hours, re-sand it. 80 grit good. sandblasted is best.
For sure BP bare metal should not be exposed to long without being coated over.

Same here but we had a square baler on my farm and we couldn't afford a round baler so we did alot of throwing bails.

I got a long piece of speaker wire and split the two wires into a "T" and run it up into the rafters and onto the back of the receiver. I get lots of stations that way. worth a try.
